Jill Bright Interviews Connor McIntyre About Latest Exhibition

Today Jill Bright and Keith Jolley went to St Saviour’s Church Hall to see an art exhibition by Connor McIntyre. As well as being an artist, Connor is best known for playing Pat Phelan, a serial killer in the classic British soap Coronation Street. Connor talked about his paintings and said he’s getting a lot of interest from local people coming in for a look.

Connor McIntyre started as an actor in Plymouth after moving down from Liverpool. After a bit of amateur dramatics, Connor went into professional acting. He has also appeared in pantomime with Les Dennis. He currently operates from an art studio in Plymouth.

You can see Connor McIntyre’s exhibition St Saviour’s Church Hall until the 23rd of May 2022. The interview with Connor and Jill Bright be broadcast over the next couple of days at Hospital Radio Plymouth.
